Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate: $30.32 - $39.42 / hour
The Program Manager Employee Wellness will enhance the health and well-being of Lee Health team members. They will also play a key role in planning and executing wellness events, managing our network of Wellness Influencers, overseeing engagement through our wellness app, and coordinating onsite wellness services such as massage and yoga across all locations.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a people-centered, wellness-focused environment and can effectively balance creativity with operational excellence.
Education: Bachelors degree in health Promotion, Health Sciences, Exercise Science, Nutrition, Public Health, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in wellness programming, employee engagement, or related coordination roles required. Experience working in healthcare, corporate wellness, or large multi-site organizations preferred.

Other: Strong event planning and program coordination skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Proficient in digital platforms (wellness apps, internal communication tools, Microsoft Office). Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
