Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) needed in Naples, FL

Salary and Benefits

• The pay range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000
• Sign on bonus - $5,000

Responsibilities

• Monday – Friday (9:00am – 5:00pm)
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' unique mental health needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating individual and group therapy.
• Diagnose mental health disorders using the DSM-5-TR to ensure accurate, evidence-based treatment.
• Provide evidence-based individual psychotherapy for issues such as depression, anxiety, grief, and life transitions common among older adults.
• Design, lead, and evaluate group therapy sessions that foster social connection, resilience, and peer support.
• Facilitate caregiver support groups, offering psychoeducation, resource referrals, and a supportive environment for sharing strategies.
• Maintain accurate client records, case notes, and treatment plans within required timeframes.
• Demonstrate strong written communication in clinical documentation and reports.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members during consultations, reviews, and collaborative discussions.
• Actively participate in case discussions, clinical team meetings, and peer support sessions to share insights and refine practices.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities

Requirements

• Clear and active LCSW license in the state of Florida
• Experience working with seniors
• Excellent verbal and written skills
