Primary Skills

Experience with the Workday HCM system.

Workday Reporting consultant with 2-4 years of relevant experience.

Should work on Advance reports, Matrix reports, Composite reports, and Dashboards.

Creating New/Modifying Calculated Fields as per business requirements

Certification in Workday Reporting/HCM/Integration certification is preferable.

Secondary Skills

Expertise in Workday PRISM

Understanding requirements and creating them into a document. Create a Design Document.

Understand the business requirements and processes to create new reports,

Experience in understanding BPs and HCM touchpoints.

Experience in workday HR Operations.

Lead and participate in system testing activities such as data validation, Unit Testing.

Demonstrated critical thinking and analytic skills required.

Stay up to date on Workday releases and updates and recommend changes or enhancements to improve system efficiency.

Participate in project planning and execution to ensure that Workday solutions are delivered successfully.

Create and maintain detailed Test documents for critical reports while workday releases and updates.

Workday Consultants need communication, Time Management, Organisation, Problem Solving, and technology skills.

Self-motivated, highly organized individual with the ability to prioritize independently while demonstrating a sense of urgency.

Ability to exercise confidentiality, tact, and independent judgment in the performance of duties.

Ability to manage change effectively, always mindful of technology, business processes and systems implications.
