Work From Home Account Associate

About the Role:

We’re looking for motivated and energetic Account Associates with the ability to work from home to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals seeking a fully remote opportunity where they can make an impact by helping others make confident financial decisions.

Core Responsibilities
  • Reach out to potential clients via phone, email, or messaging
  • Learn about the client’s goals and recommend relevant services
  • Guide clients through onboarding and product selection
  • Log activity in CRM, track follow-ups, and ensure a smooth client experience
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or college degree preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and able to stay organized in a remote setting
  • Previous experience in sales or a client-facing roles a plus but not required
