Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Position Summary
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting the processing and shipment of customer orders, performing inspections, receiving materials, assisting with returns, and maintaining accurate inventory through cycle counts and other related tasks.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Completes shipments by processing, packing, and loading orders.
Inputs and tracks orders in warehouse management or ERP systems.
Prepares orders by pulling materials, assembling kits, packing boxes, and staging items for delivery.
Inspects and audits outgoing and incoming materials or kits for accuracy and quality.
Receives, restocks, and maintains inventory as required.
Assists with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
Investigates and resolves inventory or invoicing discrepancies.
Enforces inventory controls and follows established procedures.
Completes required reports and documentation accurately.
Maintains a clean and safe work environment in storage and shipping areas.
Complies with safety procedures, rules, and regulations.
Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and problem-solve under pressure.
Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with ERP or warehouse management systems preferred.
Ability to read part numbers, lot numbers, and other product identifiers.
Strong math skills and the ability to type 35–45 words per minute.
Effective interpersonal skills to work with team members and resolve issues.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
Education and Experience
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
1–3 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
Experience in a regulated or technical field is a plus.
Physical Demands
Regularly required to sit, talk, and hear.
Occasionally required to stand, walk, handle materials, and reach with hands and arms.
Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
