Job Description

Gpac is seeking an experienced T raveling Steel Bridge Coating & Painting Senior Project Manager to oversee large-scale steel Bridge coating projects across the country. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven leader with a strong background in industrial coatings, structural steel, and project management.

Pay 140K-180K!

Responsibilities:

* Manage multiple steel coating projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and on-time delivery.
* Oversee field operations, subcontractors, and crews to ensure compliance with project specifications.
* Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reporting.
* Ensure adherence to OSHA and industry safety regulations.
* Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to drive successful project execution.
* Travel extensively to job sites as required.

Requirements:

* 5+ years of proven experience in Bridge coating project management .
* Strong knowledge of protective coatings, surface preparation, and application processes.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Willingness to travel extensively.
