Role Specifics and Benefits
As an LPN on this travel assignment, you’ll collaborate closely with RNs, physicians, and other care staff to deliver high-quality patient care across units. Core responsibilities include administering medications per physician orders, monitoring and recording patient status, providing skilled wound care and basic procedures under supervision, performing routine treatments, taking vital signs, and assisting with activities of daily living. You’ll support care planning through accurate reporting, participate in safety rounds and infection control measures, and educate patients and families on treatment plans, discharge instructions, and symptom management.
