How You Will Make An Impact As a Training Manager, you will lead a team of Operations Trainers who support the onboarding and training of team members and executing other training initiatives in the Distribution Center. You will proactively coach the team on processes, procedures, quality standards, workflow and scheduling of all training activities. Your primary role will be to ensure teams are set up for success by creating effective training plans and processes for the entire distribution center team. You are responsible for collaborating with leadership to identify training needs and create development plans for individuals, including onboarding plans for leadership roles. In this role you will be responsible for understanding all training materials, coordinating and conducting training as needed, following up and providing feedback with team members, and monitoring training progress.
