Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Structural Welder to join our team in Fort Smith, AR, 72916. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the fabrication and assembly of metal structures, ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities

• Perform welding tasks on various structural components, including beams, columns, and frames.

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine welding requirements.

• Read a Tape measure down to the 16th in order to lay out and fit up the materials.

• Utilize various welding techniques such as MIG, Flux Core, and Stick welding to complete projects.

• Inspect and assess welds for quality and compliance with industry standards.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and procedures.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion and resolve any issues that may arise.

• Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a structural welder, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in various welding techniques and the ability to operate welding equipment safely.
• Strong understanding of welding safety practices and procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
