Job Description

**Job Overview:** **Location** : 2670 Land Ave, Sacramento, CA 95815 **Shift & Schedule:** 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:00pm-10:30pm Overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed. The Shipping Coordinator is responsible for managing shipping, receiving, returns, carrier relations, order management, product management, and customer service. This role ensures prompt, accurate, and systematic handling of finished goods and raw materials while delivering outstanding customer service. **Position Responsibilities:** + Check in and out truck drivers efficiently using Carrier Point (Ryder logistics software). + Accurately process all transactions, including legal documents. + Assign drivers to loading and unloading doors. + Coordinate material handlers to load trucks. + Complete bills of lading for drivers and obtain proper signatures. + Maintain office areas, including filing and general cleaning duties. + Ensure compliance with company safety policies and OSHA standards. + Implement new procedures to continuously improve department efficiency and effectiveness. **Total Rewards:** + Starting pay: **$23.94per hour** **Benefits** (Effective Day One, Where Applicable): + Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance + Disability Coverage + Paid Time Off (including vacation and sick leave) + 401(k) with company match + Tuition Reimbursement + Mileage Reimbursement _Benefits are subject to eligibility requirements and applicable collective bargaining agreements._ **Requirements:** + High School Diploma or GED preferred + Minimum 1 year of logistics, shipping, or receiving experience + Minimum 1 year of experience with Microsoft Word and Excel + Minimum 1 year of experience with automated warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Manugistics) **Company Overview:** Keurig Dr Pepper (NASDAQ: KDP) is a leading beverage company in North America, with a portfolio of more than 125 owned, licensed and partners brands and powerful distribution capabilities to provide a beverage for every need, anytime, anywhere.
