Accountabilities

As a Senior Program Manager, you will:

• Develop, execute, and monitor enterprise-wide program strategies that support organizational objectives.
• Lead and mentor diverse project teams, ensuring active contribution and successful delivery of program goals.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance program visibility and support.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies across multiple programs.
• Evaluate program performance through data analysis and feedback, making adjustments as needed.
• Implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of future programs.
• Drive data-informed decision-making to ensure strategic alignment and operational success.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• 10+ years of experience leading and managing complex programs, preferably within the software development industry.
• In-depth understanding of project and program management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills to engage stakeholders and drive program progress.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster a collaborative, high-performance environment.
• Growth mindset with adaptability and commitment to continuous improvement.
• BS/BA, MBA, or equivalent degree preferred.
