Reporting to the Revenue Cycle Solutions Manager, the Revenue Cycle Solutions Consultant will manage client implementation of Experian Health products from kick-off through transition, for both front-end and back-end healthcare revenue cycle products. You will: + Collaborate and ensure standards for quality and customer experience are met across the board + Collect revenue metrics and product measurements for the assigned implementation portfolio + Work with sales on pre-sale components and scoping + Understand Experian Health's suite of products and how best to utilize them within several types of client settings + Leverage existing workflow strategies that embed and enhance our products within a client's workflow + 3+ years of healthcare revenue cycle implementation experience required + Knowledge of insurance eligibility required + EPIC experience + Excellent project management skills (knowledge of project management process, tools and documentation) + Knowledge of Experian Health's products + Knowledge of legislation and regulations affecting the healthcare industry such as HIPAA + Willingness to travel (less than 25%) Benefits/Perks: + Great compensation package and bonus plan + Core benefits including medical, dental, vision, and matching 401K + Flexible work environment, ability to work remote, hybrid or in-office + Flexible time off including volunteer time off, vacation, sick and 12-paid holidays + Explore all our exciting benefits here: Our uniqueness is that we celebrate yours. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education.
