Remote Data Processing Clerk Location Hybrid work in Lafayette, LA : Work From home Weekends Part time and Full time Pay is $29 per hour Northfloridavillafe is a luxury resort in the beautiful region of North Florida. To support our mission, we are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Processing Clerk to join our team. As the Data Processing Clerk, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate, efficient and timely processing of all resort-related data. From reservation bookings and guest information to financial transactions and inventory tracking, your role is crucial in maintaining the smooth operations of the resort. You will work closely with various departments, including Front Desk, Reservations, Housekeeping, and Finance, to handle and process data accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities: Process reservation bookings, guest information, and payments accurately and in a timely manner Verify and enter data from various sources, such as online bookings, email inquiries, and paper forms Manage and update guest information, including contact details and special requests Maintain and update inventory records for amenities, supplies, and equipment Generate reports on reservation bookings, occupancy rates, and revenue Collaborate with Finance department to reconcile daily transactions and ensure accuracy Communicate with other departments to clarify information or resolve any discrepancies Keep track of incoming and outgoing correspondence and maintain accurate records Strive for continuous improvement by identifying and suggesting process improvements Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience as a Data Processing Clerk or in a similar role Familiarity with reservation systems and customer service principles Excellent data entry and typing skills Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Why Work with Us?
