Overview:

We are a long established dental practice under NEW ownership seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our wonderful team in Oakland, NJ.  At the moment, the position is for Monday afternoons, half day shift from 2 PM - 8 PM, with the opportunity for additional days in the future.

As a part of our team, you will help deliver high-quality care to our patients in a professional, welcoming environment.

Job Details:

*NEW Ownership*

The position is part-time on Monday afternoons with the opportunity to add more days as the schedule grows.

Schedule:
Mondays from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM

*Additional days may be available in the future*

Competitive hourly rate based on experience & credentials $$
Friendly working environment under new ownership
Part-time position that may eventually lead to full-time opportunity if desired

Responsibilities:

Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and polishing
Take X-rays and assist with patient assessments
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper sterilization techniques are followed
Work closely with the dentist to provide excellent patient care

Qualifications:

Valid Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in NJ
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with dental software is a plus
Team player with a passion for patient care
