Job Title: Program Manager

Job Description:
We are looking for a seasoned Program Manager with extensive experience in managing large-scale insurance programs and leading RFP/RFI processes. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, the ability to work independently, and proven expertise in collaborating with customers and multiple vendors to deliver complex modernization initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership & Delivery:
Own end-to-end delivery of the program, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
Drive governance, reporting, and risk management for all program activities.

RFP/RFI Management:
Lead the development, issuance, and evaluation of RFPs and RFIs for vendor selection.
Define vendor engagement strategies and manage negotiations to ensure optimal outcomes.

Stakeholder Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring transparency and trust.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to maintain seamless communication and collaboration.

Strategic Planning & Execution:
Develop program plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
Monitor progress against milestones and proactively address risks and issues.

Compliance & Best Practices:
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Implement best practices for program management and vendor governance.

Required Qualifications
15+ years in program management with a strong focus on P&C insurance domain.
Proven track record of leading RFP/RFI processes and vendor selection.
Experience managing multi-vendor environments and large-scale modernization programs.
Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with insurance platforms and modernization strategies.
PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
