You’re perfect for the role if you’re a self-starter with a natural ability to solve problems and proactively address maintenance issues. We’re also on the lookout for someone who is team-minded with a “roll up your sleeves” attitude - (even if that means heading out to a call after hours to take care of an emergency),

What Your Day Will Be Like:

Your typical day on our maintenance team will involve performing basic home repairs. 

That will include everything from:

• electrical to plumbing troubleshooting
• grill maintenance
• painting
• property inspections
• staining and carpentry
• providing car shuttles
• furniture assembly
• sprinkler system repair
• hot tub checks

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Commute daily to luxury homes where you will perform basic repairs and preventative maintenance tasks
• Perform property inspections
• Collaborate across departments and teams as well as with third parties
• Ensure timely and effective completion of assigned daily tasks
• Responsible for the presentation and cleanliness of your work vehicle
• Ensure timely reporting and clear communication of issues encountered to your Supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous maintenance experience is a plus
• Detail-oriented and punctual
• Strong mechanical ability
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Able to maintain a positive attitude when faced with challenges
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Willing to learn and pitch in wherever necessary to assist the team

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Wage: $24 - $30 based on experience and achievement

Schedule: Friday - Tuesday, off Wednesday and Thursday
