You will serve as the architect, mentor, and strategist for our Guides – the dedicated learning facilitators who inspire rather than merely instruct. Through your leadership, Alpha Guides will deepen their connection with students by developing operational frameworks, feedback systems, and exemplary facilitation techniques.

What You Will Be Doing
• Leading the training and development of a Guide team to deliver the Alpha learning system at world-class standards
• Developing Guide Playbooks that document facilitation best practices, designing engaging learning activities, and addressing operational challenges
• Delivering consistent, actionable feedback to Guides that enhances student engagement and learning outcomes
• Personally coaching a small student cohort, demonstrating advanced coaching and motivational techniques

What You Won’t Be Doing
• Creating lesson plans – your Guides support student learning via adaptive applications; you concentrate on developing them into outstanding facilitators
• Compromising standards – when our passing threshold is 100%, you are responsible for upholding that expectation
• Conducting uninspiring training – you will develop Guides through dynamic, energetic, experiential learning sessions

Leadership Coach Key Responsibilities
Lead the training and development of a Guide team to execute the Alpha system at world-class standards.
Basic Requirements
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or related fields.
• Proven track record developing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentorship capabilities with proven ability to build, manage, and inspire high-performing teams.
• Direct experience working with youth (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental settings.
• Competency in data analysis and leveraging metrics for decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Availability to work on-site in Atlanta, GA; Las Vegas, NV; Nashville, TN; Park City (Salt Lake City), UT; or Spotswood, NJ.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
