Technical Skills:

Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, creativity, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (written, verbal, and listening).
Language: Fluent in English (verbal and written).
Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, functional teams, and engineers at all levels.
Multitasking: Proven ability to manage multiple projects under strict deadlines.
Education: Advanced degree ( Ph.D. or M.S. with at least 3 years of relevant research experience) in Statistics , Applied Mathematics , Data Science , Computer Science , or a related field.
Search & Retrieval: Vector databases, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
Data Extraction/Parsing: OCR , GenAI-based extraction from unstructured documents (PDFs, PNGs, Texts, etc.)
Model/Agent Evaluation Frameworks: Text-to-SQL evaluation, RAG evaluation
