Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned AI/ML professional with deep expertise in Machine Learning, Predictive Modelling, Generative AI, and Agentic AI, particularly within the healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will also have hands-on experience in designing and implementing voice assistant solutions tailored for clinical or operational healthcare workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and deployment of advanced ML models to optimize healthcare outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Architect and implement voice assistant systems for patient engagement, clinical decision support, or administrative automation.
• Apply Generative AI and Agentic AI techniques to solve complex problems in unstructured data environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and clinical stakeholders.
• Drive innovation in search systems (retrieval, vector DBs, RAG) and data extraction from unstructured sources (PDFs, images, text).
• Develop and apply evaluation frameworks such as Text2SQL and RAG evaluation to assess model/agent performance.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to strategic AI roadmap planning.

• 10+ Years

MUST HAVE

• 10+ years of experience in ML, predictive modelling, and AI system development.
• Proven track record in voice assistant implementation (e.g., NLP pipelines, speech-to-text, intent recognition, dialogue management).
• Strong expertise in Python and PyTorch for model development and experimentation.
• Experience with OCR, GenAI-based data parsing, and unstructured document processing.
• Deep understanding of search and retrieval systems, including vector databases and RAG architectures.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards, privacy regulations, and clinical workflows is a plus.
