Job Description

Blueair, as part of Unilever, is a rapidly growing global brand with consumer health at its core. We believe that no matter where you live, your lifestyle, or your specific health needs, air health is vital to your wellbeing. Over the last 30 years, Blueair has built a team of creative thinkers, health enthusiasts, and innovators who are passionate about our impactful products. We are seeking to add to our entrepreneurial and dynamic culture with an eCommerce Manager.

Position Description:

The eCommerce Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping a best-in-class online shopping experience. You’ll lead website development and optimization, manage key agency and vendor relationships, and bring innovative ideas to life through cutting-edge CRO strategies, seamless integrations, and data-driven insights. The eCommerce manager needs to be passionate about technology, thrive in a fast-paced eCommerce environment, and love turning great ideas into measurable results.

We believe that we’re better together. Our team is hybrid and requires applicants to live commuting distance from a Blueair office (NYC or Chicago Loop) and be in-office Tuesday-Thursday.

At Blueair you’ll be part of a global team with creative minds collaborating from around the world. We work across time zones, so some flexibility in working hours is part of the adventure. It’s a chance to connect with passionate teammates worldwide, gain diverse perspectives, and help build a brand that resonates across cultures.

Responsibilities

  • Own the relationship with the development agency, prioritizing projects based on business impact and strategic priorities.
  • Manage the DTC sprint cycle and development backlog to drive continuous website improvements.
  • Create, maintain, and manage a CRO testing roadmap to deliver a best-in-class site experience.
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to gather business requirements for new initiatives, translate them into technical specifications, and guide stakeholders — including business managers, development teams, and vendors — through successful implementation.
  • Oversee all Shopify integrations within the marketing technology stack.
  • Identify and address technical website issues on a day-to-day basis, coordinating with internal and external partners for timely resolution.
  • Evaluate and recommend potential third-party integrations to enhance the technology stack in line with business objectives.
  • Manage product uploads and all on-site updates to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Unlock capabilities to enhance digital marketing efforts, including digital performance analytics, omnichannel campaign management, audience management, and personalization strategies.
  • Own DTC analytics and reporting, leveraging tools such as Shopify, Google Analytics, and Daasity.
  • Ensure the website utilizes the latest technology to improve customer experience, personalization, and conversion.
  • Jump in and help wherever you’re needed - we’re a collaborative team, and sometimes that means pitching in on projects outside your usual scope.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing operations, or website management, with direct experience managing DTC websites (Shopify experience strongly preferred).
  • Proven ability to manage development agencies, prioritize projects, and oversee sprint cycles.
  • Strong understanding of CRO principles and experience developing and executing testing roadmaps.
  • Demonstrated ability to gather, translate, and manage business and technical requirements across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience managing marketing technology integrations and evaluating third-party tools to support business objectives.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for technical website issues, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners.
  • Proficiency in analytics platforms, including Shopify, Google Analytics, and Daasity; ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing performance analytics, omnichannel campaign execution, audience management, and personalization.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
