Dental Ceramist – Spokane, WA

Compensation: $60,000–$80,000 annually

Schedule: Full-time, on-site

Overview

A leading dental laboratory in Spokane, WA is seeking an experienced Dental Ceramist to join its high-performing team. This role requires a strong background in aesthetic and cosmetic ceramics , with a focus on producing lifelike restorations that meet exacting standards of quality and function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and finish high-quality all-ceramic and PFM restorations with precision and artistry.
• Execute custom shade matching and contouring for anterior and posterior cases.
• Collaborate closely with design, model, and QC teams to ensure seamless workflow and case accuracy.
• Review digital and analog cases to verify margins, occlusion, and esthetics prior to delivery.
• Maintain quality standards in alignment with client specifications and timelines.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a dental ceramist.
• Proven expertise in high-end aesthetic and cosmetic cases (anterior focus preferred).
• Strong understanding of color theory, contour, and surface texture.
• Experience with digital workflows and staining systems preferred.
