NOW Courier is immediately seeking a reliable, customer-focused Independent Contractor to take over a dedicated, established distribution route in the South Bend, IN area. This is a consistent, fixed-schedule opportunity requiring an SUV or Minivan . We believe every delivery is more than just a drop-off—it's an opportunity to make someone's day.

Your Mission

• Deliver with Clockwork Precision: Ensure that cargo is picked up and delivered to our valued customers on time, maintaining NOW Courier's reputation for reliability and punctuality.
• Route Mastery: Utilize GPS or mapping software to plan and follow efficient routes across a multi-state area including Northern Indiana and Southern Michigan.
• Exceptional Customer Service: Greet customers with professionalism and warmth, handling questions or issues with empathy.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Think quickly and adapt when faced with challenges such as traffic delays or address changes, ensuring smooth and efficient deliveries.

Route Details & Schedule (South Bend/Northern IN/Southern MI)

This position is for replacing a driver and offers a route guarantee.

• Compensation: $640 per week ($160 per day Route Guarantee)
• Schedule: 4 days a week: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
• Start/End Time: 7:00 AM Start, typically finishing by 3:00 PM
• Required Vehicle: SUV or Minivan
• Weekly Mileage: Approximately 650 miles
• Daily Stops: Averages 20 to 50 stops daily
• Geographic Area: Covers South Bend, Elkhart, Middlebury, Bristol (IN), and White Pigeon MI, Edwardsburg MI (MI)
• Sorting: None required

Vehicle Requirements:

• Candidates must possess a Full Size SUV or Minivan .
• The vehicle must be 2016 model year or newer . This ensures the vehicle meets modern safety and reliability standards and provides adequate space for cargo.
