To support our growing operations, we are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Associate to join our administrative team.
The Data Entry Associate will play a key role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our clinic’s data systems. This position involves entering, updating, and verifying a wide range of information — including patient records, appointment schedules, billing details, and treatment notes — with speed, precision, and confidentiality.
Accurately input data into electronic health record (EHR) systems, spreadsheets, and databases
Maintain up-to-date and error-free records of patient information, appointment logs, billing entries, and internal documentation
Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness
Communicate with clinical and administrative staff to clarify or obtain missing information
Perform regular audits to ensure data integrity and correct discrepancies
Protect patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and clinic privacy policies
Support general office and administrative tasks as needed
High school diploma or GED required
Prior experience in data entry, clerical work, or administrative support preferred
Excellent typing skills with a focus on speed and accuracy
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word); familiarity with EHR systems is a plus
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Experience in a healthcare or physical therapy setting is an asset but not required
