REPORTS TO: OWNER/ BRIAN RUSSELL

BASIC FUNCTION

The SITE MANAGER will provide overall direction and leadership for assigned projects. You will be responsible to perform everyday functions along side a team including the following:

Demolition, framing, trim carpentry, cabinetry, painting, flooring installation, tiling, etc.

Along with participating in daily functions and leadership by example, this position will manage site operations throughout the entire remodeling process. All activities will be performed in support of the mission and values of Russell Remodeling.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Overall responsibility for success and completion of assigned projects
  • Works alongside team members on a daily basis to complete each phase of the project
  • Leads all aspects of the company’s safety culture and commitment to an injury-free environment
  • Manage project site personnel
  • Manage overall job site safety
  • Complete daily and/or periodic updates requested by supervisor, Brian Russell

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-5+ years construction experience
  • Minimum of high school diploma preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of construction principles and equipment capabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including: being friendly, respectful, and an active listener
  • Highly punctual
  • Ability to strategically problem solve
  • Strong work ethic
  • Clean and professional appearance
  • Team player
  • Clean background check (some exceptions apply)
