Connect Staffing está buscando un Conductor de Montacargas con experiencia para cubrir una vacante en una planta de producción de alimentos en Los Alamitos, CA , especializada en el empaque y distribución de productos horneados.
Horario: 5 a 6 días por semana, de lunes a domingo.
Los horario:
2do Turno: 2:00 p.m. a 10:30 p.m. - con posible tiempo extra.
Al menos 1 año de experiencia en conducción de montacargas en almacén o entorno de producción, preferiblemente en la industria alimentaria.
Capacidad comprobada para operar montacargas sentado y otros equipos de manipulación de materiales de forma segura y eficiente.
Comprensión de la importancia de mantener la limpieza y prevenir la contaminación.
Capaz de seguir instrucciones según las indicaciones del supervisor.
Tener el sentido de responsabilidad para realizar tareas sin supervisión.
Debe poder comunicarse eficazmente en español (requerido).
Debe poder levantar hasta 50 libras y realizar trabajo físico rápido.
Debe poder trabajar horarios flexibles y fines de semana según las necesidades de producción.
Experiencia previa como Asociado de Almacén, Operador de Montacargas o Asociado de Producción es una ventaja.

Operar montacargas de manera segura para mover materiales, empaques y productos terminados dentro de la planta y el almacén.
Cargar y descargar camiones, manteniendo la precisión y organización del inventario.
Apoyar a los equipos de producción y saneamiento moviendo ingredientes, suministros o residuos según sea necesario.
Inspeccionar el montacargas diariamente y reportar cualquier problema de mantenimiento o seguridad.
Seguir todos los procedimientos de seguridad y normas de GMP (Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura).
Trabajar en un ambiente rápido, cálido y, en ocasiones, ruidoso.

Connect Staffing is seeking an experienced Forklift Driver to fill an opening at a food production facility in Los Alamitos, CA , specializing in the packaging and distribution of baked goods.
Schedule: 5 to 6 days per week, Monday through Sunday.
At least 1 year of forklift driving experience in a warehouse or production environment, preferably in the food industry.
Proven ability to safely and efficiently operate sit-down forklifts and other material handling equipment.
Understanding of the importance of maintaining cleanliness and preventing contamination.
Able to follow instructions as directed by a supervisor.
Must have a sense of responsibility and be able to complete tasks without direct supervision.
Must be able to communicate effectively in Spanish (required).
Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs. and perform rapid, physical work.
Must be able to work flexible hours and weekends as production demands.
Previous experience as a Warehouse Associate, Forklift Operator, or Production Associate is a plus.

Safely operate forklifts to move raw materials, packaging, and finished products throughout the production area and warehouse.
Load and unload trucks, ensuring accurate placement and documentation of goods.
Support production and sanitation teams by transporting ingredients, supplies, or waste materials as needed.
Perform daily forklift inspections and report any maintenance or safety issues.
Follow all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and safety procedures.
Work in a fast-paced, warm, and occasionally noisy environment.
