Responsibilities

• Safely operate Class A or B vehicles to transport goods and materials to designated locations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, vehicle service, and any incidents.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while on the road.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members to coordinate deliveries.
• Load and unload cargo as required, ensuring proper handling and securing of items.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any client concerns professionally.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the vehicle.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A or B license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 2 years of driving experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle safety and maintenance practices.
• Ability to navigate using GPS and map-reading skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

You should be proficient in:

• DOT Medical Card
• Current CDL License
