Analyze current business processes and workflows to find inefficiencies or gaps
Facilitate process discovery sessions with stakeholders to gather objectives and challenges
Develop process documentation (flowcharts, SOPs, diagrams)
Collaborate with IT, operations, and business units to design and implement improvements
Gather and document business requirements, aligning them with project goals
Lead or participate in process improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile)
Assist with system implementations/enhancements, including testing, training, and change adoption
Evaluate new processes, track KPIs, and generate reports to measure outcomes
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field
3 years of experience in business process analysis, process improvement, or business systems analysis
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex data
Proficiency in process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Bizagi, etc.)
Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to work across all levels of the organization
Nice to Have (Preferred):
Certifications: CBPA, Six Sigma, or similar
Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or workflow automation tools (ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP)
Experience in change management or organizational transformation
