Overview

As the Associate Creative Director (Art) you'll lead the overall creative vision inspiring teams to develop compelling campaigns that align with client goals and brand strategy. Your role is crucial in understanding strategic business goals, while having a strong eye for craft. You will lead in concept creation for TV-first campaign work for a new product launch in the finance space. You'll partner with other team members tasked with developing cohesive, persuasive campaigns that effectively align with brand strategy and effectively communicate the intended message, engaging the target audience.

Responsibilities

• Leading the creative strategy and vision for TV campaigns that will later expand to other channels
• Collaborate with art directors, copywriters, and designers to reach deliverable goals
• Develop and maintain the visual identity systems and brand guidelines, ensuring brand consistency across all marketing expressions
• Collaborate with account and strategy teams to align creative work with client objectives
• Pitch and presenting concepts internally
• Ensuring high-quality, original, and on-brand creative output
• Reviewing and approving all creative deliverables before they go to clients
• Managing timelines, and resources for creative projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Fine Arts, graphic design, advertising, visual communications, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in a creative role in an agency or creative environment (e.g., art director, designer.)
• Strong portfolio showcasing successful TV-focused campaign work
• Work must show strong conceptual thinking with a keen sense of craft
• Expertise in branding, storytelling, and visual communication
• Proficiency with creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma)
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Stablished ability to understand and discuss business & brand strategy
• Strategic thinking and client-facing experience
• Able to work effectively in a kind team environment that is entrepreneurial, collaborative, and creatively progressive
• Experience in finance sector preferred

Compensation Range: $51 - $77/hr. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
