Work location: UHG Optum 2301 S Hampton Rd, Ste 900, Dallas, TX 75224
Work hours: 40 hrs a week
Position background: Patient facing rooming patients,
The team consists of 27 staff 7 Physicians each physician has 1 MA that assists 3 front desk staff.
Responsibilities for this position? Rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, complete all orders from Providers, schedule patients before they check out walk patients out/discharge. Answer phone calls.
What does the ideal candidate background look like (ex: healthcare specific background specific industry experience etc.)? minimum 2 years of Medical assistance experience.
What skills/attributes are required (please be detailed as to number of years of experience for each skill)? Drawing blood, administered medications, ability to multitask preferably 2 years
Does this position require a professional license or certification? If so please list. Yes, current MA license and BLS certificate
